Come join us for an Autumn Brunch prepared by Executive Chef Steve Sommers. In this class, you will dine from our bountiful brunch table as Chef Steve demonstrates how to prepare this holiday brunch menu. Menu includes Juniper Champagne Cocktail, Lemon Cranberry Scones, Autumn Fruit Salad w/Cinnamon Yogurt Dressing, Candied Bacon, Citrus Cured Salmon, Carmelized Onion and Cheese Quiche and Sweet Potato Biscuits w/Benton’s Ham and Pepper Jelly.
