Sushi Date Night at Fischer & Wieser Cooking School

Join Chef Amy Maize in the kitchen and learn the basics of making sushi and all the sauces that make your sushi experience yum yum. Enjoy a full meal with your classmates, wine is included. Each participant will receive their very own Sushi making kit. Each is individually designed as a hands on group experience led by one of our friendly professional chef instructors.  Our talented chefs will share their cooking expertise in a fun and relaxed environment.  Menu: Spring Rolls, Sushi Rice, Sushi Rolls, Sashimi, Siracha Mayo Sauce, Bang Bang Sauce, Spicy Ginger Sauce, and Macha Basque Cheesecake for dessert.
