The Pioneer Memorial Library will present its Summer Reading Program for six weeks during the summer! You do not have to sign up to come and see the performers. Everyone is welcome and make sure to bring chairs or blankets to sit on as the performances will be outside. The schedule is:
June 15 Dru Woods - use of puppets and music to tell stories
June 22 Austin Reptiles - entertaining and informational presentation with live reptiles
June 29 Mr. Twisty - use of balloons as props to tell stories
July 6 The Astonishing Mr. Pitts - use of magic tricks, hilarious puppet characters, cartooning and audience interaction
July 13 Bernadette Nason - stresses the joy of reading by using multicultural tales and personal stories brought to life
July 20 Bonzo Crunch - emphasizes the importance of reading with magic, music and juggling
