Summer Entertainment Cooking Class

About

Our amazing chef will lead this 2.5 to 3 hour interactive hands-on cooking.  It's getting close to the end of the summer season let's celebrate our favorites.  You will learn cooking techniques utilizing fresh summer ingredients, most source locally or from the Deanna Fischer's Garden.   Once done enjoy dinner paired with wine. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of the Hill Country in your own home.

Menu: Grilled Watermelon Salad with Tequila Lime Vinaigrette, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass with a White Lemon and Pear Infused Balsamic Vinegar, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato, Grilled Broccolini
