Prelude to the Holidays' Baking Class at Fischer & Wieser Cooking School

In this 2.5-3 hour Holiday Dessert class you will learn cheesecake, biscotti, Galette and how to poach a pear. This is a fully interacted hands on cooking class where you will work side by side with the chef and bake.  Once done enjoy a chef prepared meal which includes wine. 

About the classes: It's not just about cooking up great recipes and learning essential techniques, you will enjoy a great dinner with great company.  Each is individually designed as a hands on group experience led by one of the friendly professional chef instructors.  These talented chefs will share their cooking expertise in a fun and relaxed environment.  You'll learn how to read, prep and execute a recipe through demonstrations and hands on interaction.
