Holiday Pies at Fischer & Wieser Cooking School


Chef Amy will be teaching you how to make the following traditional pie dough and sable dough.  You will assemble and bake Pecan Butternut Squash pie to take home. You will also assemble the Spiced Apple Cranberry Orange Bourbon pie and to take home to bake in your kitchen.  After, enjoy simple holiday dinner paired with wine.

Fischer & Wieser Cooking School recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with the Cooking School before attending the class.
