The amazing chef will lead this 2.5 to 3 hour interactive hands-on cooking.  As we continue through peach season, you will learn cooking techniques utilizing peaches and other fresh ingredients, most sourced locally.  Learn how to make sausage.  Once done enjoy dinner paired with wine. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of the Hill Country in your own home.
