Hand on Bread Baking Brunch & Class at Fischer & Wieser Cooking School


Learn how to bake an array of brunch classics. The Chef  will teach you the secrets to making focaccia, classic kolache and Scones. Then enjoy you creations for brunch paired with wine.  About our classes: It's not just about cooking up great recipes and learning essential techniques, you will enjoy a great brunch meal paired with wine and  great company.  Each is individually designed as a hands on group experience led by one of our friendly professional chef instructors.  Our talented chefs will share their cooking expertise in a fun and relaxed environment.  You'll learn Focaccia, Sausage Kolaches, Cranberry-Orange Scones and how to read, prep and execute a recipe through demonstrations and hands on interaction. Brunch Menu ~ Focaccia Bread, Quiche Lorraine, Praline Bacon, and Chocolate Scones.
