Fresh and Local Cooking Class at Fischer & Wieser Cooking School

Come out and gather "fresh and local "  ingredients and create with our amazing chef.  In this 2.5 to 3 hour interactive hands-on cooking, you will learn cooking techniques utilizing fresh ingredients, most source locally.  Once done enjoy dinner paired with wine. Take home a recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions and cooking tips so you can recreate the magic of the Hill Country in your own home.
