Four Lives of Fleece

Processing wool from sheep to shawl!

From a fresh fleece to washing to carding to spinning and knitting, explore the stages wool goes through as it goes from sheep to shawl.

Demonstrations will be done by members of the Fredericksburg Spinning Guild.

Where: Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm (all visitors must check in at the state park visitor center before coming to the farm)
When: ongoing demonstrations from 10am-2pm
