Entry fees are $8 per adult ages 13+, children 12 and younger are free. For severe weather, this event will be cancelled. This program may be cancelled if no guests show up within 10 minutes of program start time.

Summon your courage and join us for a spooky Night Hike with spider snuffing, black light scorpion spotting, and stargazing! Starting at sunset, we will be hiking a 1.0 mile section of our Loop Trail out to the scenic overlook while a ranger guides us through the finer aspects of spotting arachnids at night. We'll talk about some common fears and misconceptions about arachnids, and ways to overcome them. Plus, arachnid representation in Greek mythology and the constellations. Meet: At the Loop Trail Trailhead adjacent to our main campground parking lot.
Bring: Bug spray, water, binoculars, and flashlights.
