Cocktail Bitters Class

In this class taught by Herbalist Lauren Peterson, guests will explore the long history of herbal bitters and learn how to make their own. Guests also learn how to craft (and of course taste) some of our favorite cocktails with bitters, all while enjoying great company and delicious bites. Participants will leave with recipe cards and their own custom blend of herbs to start their first batch of bitters at home.
