Chef Henry Gutkin Presents: Oktoberfest Menu Preview Tasting at Sage

To celebrate the month that spotlight's the German heritage of Fredericksburg, we invite you to indulge with an intimate preview of our soon-to-launch Oktoberfest menu with a tasting on our Veranda! The event will include live music, 10 savory & sweet German hors d'oeuvres from our very own German born Chef Henry Gutkin, and pairing cocktails such as Sage's Champagne Cocktail, Holy Vesper, Flowers of Jalisco, and a tribute to our sister restaurant with our Herb Garden Red Sangria.
