Current Travel To Fredericksburg

Across the state of Texas, businesses are now able to operate at 100% capacity and the state-wide mask mandate has been lifted. Individual restaurants, shops, wineries and attractions in Fredericksburg and Gillespie County have adopted a wide-range of policies to ensure the safety of their guests.

If they have questions, visitors are encouraged to check the operations and policies of an individual business prior to arrival.

Spring is a popular time to visit Fredericksburg with blooming wildflowers and picture-perfect patio weather at wineries. In all cases, visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and verify operations, including securing lodging accommodations, park or museum admission and restaurant reservations well in advance of arrival.
