In November, Weihnachtszeit, or Christmas season, takes center stage in Fredericksburg. Experience unique German Christmas traditions and warm Texan hospitality beginning Nov. 21, when Marktplatz transforms each night with Fredericksburg's Christmas Nights of Lights. Be sure to make time for ice skating at Eisbahn and more holiday events.

What better way to take in the beautiful Hill Country views and cooler weather than by sharing a meal on a patio, watching the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. When you visit in November, take time to honor the past by visiting Fredericksburg's museums and exploring the unique heritage of this place.
