The Opening Event of the Hill Country Wine and Music Festival. Hosted by Executive Chef Ross Burtwell of the Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant, the evening starts with a reception featuring Hill Country inspired appetizers matched with wines from Sandstone Cellars and Pedernales Cellars. The Texas Vintners Dinner follows with a five course gourmet feast matcing Chef Burtwell’s locally inspired cuisine with several of the Texas Hill Country’s most revered winemakers from Becker Vineyards, Grape Creek Vineyards, Messina Hof Winery, Texas Hills Vineyard and Torre di Pietra Vineyards. Live music by Shelley King. Please join the winemakers and Chef Burtwell for a delicious meal with some great Texas wines and lots of commentaries.
