Chisholm Trail Winery celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2011 and is located 9 miles west of Fredericksburg on Hwy 290 West, then 2.4 miles south on Usener Road. It is the home of “The Spirit of the Old West” where Longhorn cattle and quarter horses roam freely by the scenic Spring Creek. Pedernales Cellars is located in Stonewall, just east of Fredericksburg in the very heart of the Texas Hill Country. The Kuhlken family has been growing Texas grapes for 16 years and the winery, which opened in December, 2008, is nestled two miles off of Hwy 290 on the Upper Albert Rd.
