Das Peach Haus was founded in 1969 on the grounds of the Wieser family orchards and had the first peach cooler in Gillespie County. The complex started with a restored 1870 log cabin and expanded in 1974 with the historic Lone Star Brewery warehouse. Beyond offering wonderful peaches in season, Das Peach Haus has developed into a premier country store.
